I cut my bell peppers, onions, and garlic like he did. I fry fish the way he did. (I am a wonderful cook I might add!) I wish I remembered the mural, but I mostly stayed in the back at that kitchen counter. I loved the Quarter back then....My daddy knew everybody and played piano all over the place.
